Windows Media Encoder is a tool to capture audio and video content. A vulnerability in Microsoft Windows Media Encoder may allow for remote code-execution attacks. A specially crafted Web page could overrun a buffer in the WMEX.DLL ActiveX control. A user would to visit a malicious Web site for an attack to occur.
