Microsoft Publisher is a popular desktop-publishing software. A vulnerability in Microsoft Publisher may allow for remote code-execution attacks. The vulnerability is due to improper processing of object header data in specially crafted Publisher files. A user would have to open a malicious Publisher file for an attack to occur.
