Description
Microsoft's Jet Database Engine is a data management component that writes and retrieves information within several of Microsoft's Office products. A vulnerability in Microsoft Jet Database Engine may allow for arbitrary code-execution attacks. A specially crafted Access .MDB file could trigger a stack overflow. A user would have to open a malicious .MDB file for an attack to occur, or a user would have to open a malicious .DOC file that references a malicious .MDB file for an attack to occur.
