PUP detection was added to cover for an arguable 32 bit PE file originally called "sgnappo.exe", having a filesize of 34.544 bytes.

The file is internally compressed with the upx packer

Upon running it immediately opens the weblink to www.toolbar.b# , the last letter is omitted on purpose here.

It tries to change the default Internet Explorer start page.

The application may be used for modem connections to adult websites such as www.sesso###ito.net/sex , the exact address omitted on purpose here.

It writes some registry settings to change the internet explorer security settings.
