Summary:
This is not a Virus or Trojan.
It is an adware dropper which drops adware related components on the system.
Upon execution it adds “waynet.dll” as Browser Helper Object for the Internet Explorer and installs itself as the toolbar for the Internet explorer as shown below.

Browser Helper Objects are executable files that are loaded when the browser is launched. They can perform various tasks, such as generating extra pop-up ads, monitoring page navigation, etc.
It connects to “wap.tv-[Removed].com” and “natiga.[Removed].org” and makes internet connections in the background without user’s knowledge with “tv-[Removed].com”, “xslt. [Removed].com” and “www.stat[Removed].com”
It changes the search page of the Internet explorer to “natiga.[Removed].org”. While browsing the internet it may pop up advertisements as shown below

Privacy:
No license agreement is displayed during installation, although one could be displayed by another installer if bundled with another application. No Privacy policy related to the software could be found.
