When run, this trojan attempts to communicate with a website to relay information about the infected system. It may also receive commands to perform various tasks, such as:
- List process information
- Upload files
- Download and execute files
- Kill processes
- List port information
- Take screen shots
- List services
Symptoms
This trojan communicates with the domain: data.lovequintet.com. It creates a registry run key to load itself at system startup:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Run filename = full file path
