Description

Microsoft Windows is an industry-standard operating system developed by Microsoft. A vulnerability exists in Microsoft Windows 2000 and 2003 running Active Directory that may allow for remote code execution attacks. The flaw lies in improper validation of malicious LDAP traffic. Successful exploitation would not require authentication on a Windows 2000 host but would be required for exploitation of a Windows 2003 host.
